High-Precision, High-Speed Laser Welding
Operating up to 8 times faster than standard MIG welding, the MetalFab penetrates up to 5 mm in a single pass. It produces clean, uniform weld beads with minimal heat-affected zones, effectively preventing excessive thermal distortion. The machine handles a broad spectrum of metals, including stainless steel, carbon steel, aluminum, brass, and titanium.
Built-in Cutting and Surface Preparation
Beyond welding, the MetalFab performs clean sheet metal cutting and high-efficiency surface cleaning (eliminating rust, coatings, and weld discoloration). With its automated wire feeder and quick-swap nozzles, switching between welding, cutting, and cleaning takes only moments.
